Outdoor Recreation Day with Outdoor Alabama

Down to try something new & connect with community this summer? Join us for a FREE Recreation Day with the experts at Alabama Outdoors in Piedmont, AL, only 2 hours from Atlanta! Pack your lunch and grab a friend for a full day of learning archery, shooting, and fishing. Please see below for instructions on how to attend.

How to attend:

1. Fill out our RSVP form
2. Email Olivia Wilkes at Olivia.wilkes@cahss.org
3. Let her know you are attending the Latinxhikers event and she will send you a registration link.
4. Please complete form and you’re good to go.
5. All of this is required to attend for everyone’s safety

Time: 10AM - 3PM (Central Time) | 11AM-4PM (Eastern Time)

Location: Jenifer & Jason Wisniewski’s Property

Address: 774 County Rd 607, Piedmont, AL 36272

Dogs: Not allowed (sorry)

Children: Not this time (sorry!)

What to bring/wear: Cool layers, sun-protection, closed-toed shoes lunch, reusable water bottle, snacks, bug spray

Unfortunately, funding is tight this year so lunch will NOT be provided :( We will have a few coolers for folks to use to store their lunch. Water and bathrooms will be available.
