Spring Hike with Latinxhikers

Atlanta!

You’re invited to a very special spring sunset hike this Sunday, May 21st from 5PM - 8:30 PM at Sweetwater Creek State Park. We will enjoy a nice easy hike, followed by a gathering by the lake where we’ll watch the Sunday and share Colombian empanadas, paletas, and giveaways from Dometic.

Not only will this be the first time in several years that Luz and Adriana will be leading the hike together, it will also be at the location of our VERY FIRST HIKE. We’re coming full circle for this hike and we're excited.

Bait Shop Parking Lot

From visitor’s center, take Factory Shoals Rd to Mt Vernon Rd, take that right then take your first right at the Bait Shop sign. Park in this parking lot and meet at the picnic tables

Yellow Trail + Red Trail (optional)

3 miles + 1 mile (optional)

Elevation gain: 350 ft

Difficulty: Easy-Moderate
